Can I do an exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, we don't do exchanges or refunds, unless you've received a defective item.
If that's the case, we're really sorry! Please reach out to us at contact.i.am.ari.co@gmail.com and we'll quickly send you a replacement piece.
Do include your order number and photos of the defect in your email.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please reach out to our team immediately at contact.i.am.ari.co@gmail.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your change request!
However, we do fulfil orders quickly and are unfortunately unable to that guarantee all changes can be made after an order is placed.
How long will it take to get my order?
We're just as excited for you to receive your new bags, so we aim to ship out all orders within 1-3 working days!
That means, you'll be able to receive your order within 3-5 working days for all orders delivered within Singapore.
For international orders, please expect to receive your order in 1-2 weeks, depending on region
For peace of mind, all packages are trackable!

How do I care for my bag?
If your bag needs a clean, we recommend spot cleaning with soap and a damp cloth.
We don't recommend soaking or putting your bag in the washer or dryer in order to prevent damage to the hardware.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes we do! We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, and some countries in Asia.
Shipping Rates
- Singapore – $4
- Malaysia & Brunei – $10
- Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand) – $20
These shipping fees do not include customs and duty fees, which are defined by your respective country of importation. We are not responsible for fees associated with importation. All fees, duty, or other taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient.
While some countries may not charge import taxes, others have a lower tax threshold. Please check with your local post office for the fees that you may incur :)
